Delivery & Returns


We care about you — the health and safety of our customers and staff is of utmost importance. Our e-shop and warehouse are still operational during this time, but please allow an additional 2 or 3 business days for all orders to be shipped.


Mama Benz offers free standard delivery on orders above € 750 — free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. All orders are delivered by DHL

When placing your order please ensure that billing and shipping address details are accurate and correct.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Mama Benz accepts payment by debit card, credit card, Paypal and other payment methods specific to your geographic location.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issues. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines. In some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. Our aim is always to send your order out as rapidly as possible, but in some cases, we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

Please note, processing times do not include weekends or holidays
During sales and holiday periods, the large volume of orders can result in processing delays.


International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. Mama Benz cannot be held responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country, over which we have no prior knowledge. Please note that all duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through Mama Benz. However, you may be able to recover these charges by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

IMPORTANT: Due to the Covid-19 crisis, our shipping agents may be experiencing additional shipping delays. Please contact customer service at hello@mamabenz.com if you have any questions about your order.


International pricing is calculated according to the current rate of exchange between the EU currency on our website and the local currency of the specified shipping destination. We reserve the right to update such exchange rates regularly at our sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on our website.


Mama Benz has a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from when you receive your order to ship it back to us for a refund or exchange.

Any claim regarding the delivery of an item or items must be submitted in the 30 days following receipt of the item(s). The customer must contact customer service beforehand via hello@mamabenz.com to obtain an authorization — “Return Authorization”.


When you have received the return authorization for your order, you can return the item(s) back to us. Please note that no parcel shall be accepted without an authorization.

Returned items must comply with our Terms of Return:

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original Mama Benz dust bag and branded packaging provided. They must be placed inside a protective outer box for shipping
  • Item(s) must arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state
  • Please take extra care when trying on your purchase(s), in case of return, make sure they come back to us in the same condition you received them
  • Returns that have been word, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
  • Any item(s) returned after the given timeframe will be refused and returned to sender
  • We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused in the original packaging
  • Please note, items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • The costs and risks pertaining to the return of item(s) are accepted by and the responsibility of the sender
  • Mama Benz is not responsible for the refund of any import tax or custom duty that your order may have incurred for returned or exchanged items
  • Mama Benz cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the returned parcel
  • Returned parcels for which the customer’s identification (first name, surname, address, and return code) is not provided or possible shall be refused.
  • Please do not ship your return without a Return Authorization – it will not be processed.

After receiving the returned item(s), refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5-8 business days for refunds/exchanges to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.


Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Similarly, once your order has been shipped is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information, so please make sure all details and information entered are correct prior to purchasing.

All Mama Benz products are handmade in Italy with the finest of materials. Our bags are crafted from excellent quality Italian calf and bovine leather. All leather-types we use have been specially treated giving each bag a lush and sumptuous hand-feel. Any grain marks are natural characteristics of the material, making each item unique in its own way. We work with exceptional tanneries, mills and manufacturers in Florence allowing us to create and offer high-grade products that will endure the test of time and loved for years ahead.

Our customers’ satisfaction with their purchased MB items is of great importance to us. Therefore, we offer a one-year guarantee/warranty on all of our leather products. Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed by our team as soon as possible.

In the case of manufacturing defects, please note that they will be assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from our website www.mamabenz.com or one of our authorized retailers.
